Launching September 25th at Cali's Sport Bar & Kitchen, every Wednesday, 9 PM - 2 AM

Flow Lounge is the Bay Area’s newest cultural incubator, where Hip Hop’s pulse beats loud and clear. This isn’t just an open mic—it’s a movement. Hip Hop For The Future and DJ Lex create a space where artists can spit truth, challenge the norm, and push the culture forward. Every week, we throw a rap contest focused on urgent social justice issues, where MCs compete for a $200 cash prize for the best on-the-spot written verses. The audience calls the shots, voting on who moves forward and who takes home the win.

We need 200 monthly donors at $20 a month to sustain this effort, so if you can, please become a member today.

Enter the contest for a chance to showcase your skills, compete for a $200 cash prize, and make your voice heard on the issues that matter. We’re looking for passionate MCs who are ready to spit fire on social justice topics and push the culture forward.

How to Enter:

  1. Fill Out the Form: Complete the contact form below with your details. Include your stage name, bio, and relevant social media links.

  2. Submit a Sample: (Optional) Share a link to a video or audio sample of your previous performances or freestyle. This isn’t required, but it helps us get to know your style.

  3. Confirmation: You’ll be entered into our drawing once we receive your entry. If selected, you’ll be notified via email or phone with further details.
