• Honest conversations — you’re representing our mission and the culture.

• Visible, public-facing work: outreach sites, events, high-traffic areas.

• Part organizer, part fundraiser — all hands-on, all mouthpiece.

• Show up on time, ready to go.

• Believe in wealth redistribution and will advocate for artists and communities without apology.

• Are comfortable engaging strangers respectfully and unapologetically in public spaces.

• Can manage basic data entry (donor info) and follow simple intake procedures.

• Want training and support, not platitudes — we teach the skills, provide materials, and stand beside you.

• Have reliable transport for some shifts (helpful but not mandatory).
